10% Truffle Sauce

Description

A classic truffle sauce made from products of natural and Italian origin, with 10% of our own production of truffles. Ideal for appetizers, first courses (as a taste enhancer of truffles) and second courses.
We recommend the 500 gram format for catering, while for domestic use the 80 gram version is recommended, sufficient for a capacity of 3/4 people.

After opened, keep the jar in the fridge.
The expiry of the product is 2 years after packaging.

– Champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus) 75%
– Black Olive Paste 10%
– Black Summer Truffle (tuber estivum vitt.) 10%
– Sunflower oil
– Aromas
– Citric acid
– Salt
